ND Caregivers Support Group Meeting-September 2024

Thank you to those that could attend the ND Caregivers Support Group meeting on Thursday, September 26th. This meeting was focused on schedules.

During our meeting we discussed why schedules are important, different types of schedules, and how we can track emotions. We also discussed an emotions wheel, the "How we feel" app, and how embodiment can help empower our people.
